Our services are offered free of charge to individual clients however donations are needed and would be greatly appreciated.  We are a non-profit making charity and all of our funds go toward costs which contiue to enable free service delivery. These costs include part-time salaries; maintaining our premises which have recently been gifted to us (thus bringing security for the future); continuing to improve SALT South West generally; team training needs, and developing survivor focussed training for others.

We offer various training and workshops for professionals, for which there is a charge. Our CPD skills sessions are accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service.

Until recently we have been in receipt of funding from The Ministry of Justice, which provided the largest amount of our income. This has sadly ended owing to changes in criteria.

YAPP foundation have generously funded us on two occassions, and various local individuals and churches support our vital work, for which we are very grateful.

Over the next year SALT needs to raise £ 85,000 to cover all costs and continue to deliver a free and life changing service for survivors. If you are able to contribute to this with any amount at all, please click on this link: ‘Donating to Salt‘. This will give you different options on how to donate.
