This is the first point  of contact for the majority of our clients, although we understand that for many it is the hardest thing to do!  Our phone line is manned on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am until 1pm and is on answer phone at all other times.  We will not pressure anyone for more information than they want to give, we just need a way of contacting people to arrange an Assessment if required.  If they do not want to come in, they can just call for a chat on the phone, or to ask any questions – we will do our best!  The SALT team are a friendly, warm and professional bunch of people who do not really bite.

This line is also open for professionals to make enquiries about referrals and for any other matter.
